POLICIES ON PROGRAM PRESERVATION AND WARRANTY

(Applicable from February 1st, 2024 to all Vo Dung School branches)

1. Detailed study schedule:

Domestic Courses

  • Therapeutic Spa and Advanced Aesthetics: Completed within 12 months
  • Therapeutic Spa: Completed within 07 months
  • Advanced Therapeutic Spa: Completed within 07 months
  • Comprehensive Aesthetic Treatment: Completed within 07 months
  • Aesthetic Therapy (Level 3): Completed within 07 months
  • Aromatherapy: Completed within 04 months
  • Successful Spa Business Management: Completed within 04 months
  • Anatomy and Physiology: Completed within 02 months
  • Skin Peeling: Completed within 04 months

Exam Preparation Courses:

  • Beauty Therapy: Completed within 15 months
  • Holistic Massage: Completed within 05 months
  • Beauty & Spa Management: Completed within 04 months
  • Teacher Training: Completed within 04 months
  • Aromatherapy: Completed within 06 months
  • Anatomy & Physiology: Completed within 02 months

2. Students will be considered for graduation after completing the required number of credits as per the academy regulations. Credit hours per course details will be in the accompanying document.

3. After the stipulated period, if students fail to complete the required credits, they must pay additional fees for the remaining credits.

4. Duration of a study day (morning + afternoon): 5 hours/day.

5. Fee for each credit: 5,000,000 – 10.000.000 VND/credit.

6. If students participate in the International Examination but do not pass, they will be allowed to continue exam preparation. The fees for re-examination preparation are as follows:

  • Beauty Therapy: 1,500 USD per session
  • Holistic Massage: 750 USD per session
  • Beauty & Spa Management: 500 USD per session
  • Teacher Training: 500 USD per session
  • Aromatherapy: 1,000 USD per session

If students do not pass on the second attempt, they will be required to pay the full tuition fee to retake the course from the beginning.

Credit Completion Requirements:

  • To complete 01 credit, students are required to attend 90% of the study hours (class sessions).
  • Failure to meet this requirement will result in non-issuance of credits.

Graduates who wish to certify additional copies of the Vocational Certificate will incur an extra fee: 100,000 VND/01 copy/certificate
